AI Funnel Studio

Plan each campaign once, as one blueprint. AI agents build the whole funnel from it, from the Meta campaign design to the Klaviyo emails. Your team approves each step, or lets the agents run it.

How to read this

This overview shows what the studio does out of the box, using an example brand, shown as [BrandName]. The online version is interactive: click the canvas, the page editor, the approval switches, the report and the ad builder add-on to see the details. As you read, note which features you need, which you don't, and anything you would add. We turn your answers into the agreed scope, and then send the quote.

1What the studio does

AI Funnel Studio is where your marketing and operations teams build a complete funnel for each product and customer segment of your brands, and see how each one performs.

One blueprint per campaign

The product, segments, goal, offers and messaging live in one versioned plan. Every ad, page, offer and email is built from it, so the message carries through from the ad to the inbox.

AI agents build each step

Agents draft the Meta campaign design with its ad copy, the offer, the landing page, checkout changes and the Klaviyo flows. AI image and video ads are available as an optional add-on.

Your team stays in control

Each step waits for approval by default. Admins decide, funnel by funnel and step by step, which steps may run on their own, and a separate switch per campaign decides who publishes to production. One switch pauses all automation.

Measured against the goal

Every click and order carries its funnel's IDs, so each funnel is judged on its own goal, from the ad click to the paid order.

2How a campaign comes together

  1. BriefPick the product, the segments, the goal and the dates. Goals include sales at a target conversion rate, brand awareness, email collection, a seasonal sale and monthly subscribers.
  2. BlueprintAn agent drafts the blueprint in minutes from the brief, your brand profile and your WooCommerce catalogue. Your team shapes it on the canvas with drag and drop, and approves it.
  3. BuildAgents build each step from the approved blueprint: the Meta campaign design and its ad copy, the offer, the landing page, checkout changes, the Klaviyo flows and the tracking plan.
  4. ReviewApprovers see the exact version with previews and automatic checks, and edit pages by chatting with the agent. Admins can let a step run on its own, funnel by funnel.
  5. PublishApproved pages and checkout changes go live on your storefront. Offers publish to WooCommerce as coupons, and flows publish to Klaviyo. Your team builds the Meta campaign in Ads Manager from the studio's design.
  6. MeasureReports follow each funnel against its goal, from the ad click to the paid order.

3The funnel canvas

The canvas is where your team shapes each campaign's blueprint. Drag blocks onto a funnel's chain and click one to edit it. The layout arranges itself, and each block writes its part of the blueprint.

4Meta ad builder Optional add-on

An optional add-on, offered on request and not part of the first release. It would use our existing AI image and UGC video tools to create ads for each funnel from the segment's hooks and your product photos. Until then, your team keeps making ad content in Meta.

Try it: switch formats and examples, and turn the UGC video generator on or off.

5The page editor

A Lovable-style editor inside the studio: ask for a change in plain words and watch the page update. The agent rewrites only the sections involved, and every page passes automatic checks before it can go live.

6Start from any design

Your team can keep designing in the AI tools it likes. A design from one of them becomes the starting point for a studio page.

Bring a design

Upload an export or a screenshot, or paste a link, from a tool such as:

Lovablev0 by VercelBuilder.ioClaude CodeCodex

The agent rebuilds it

It rebuilds the design from your section library, on your own components. Anything without a matching section becomes a request to engineering, never untested code.

Edited in the studio

From then on the page is edited only in the studio: by chat in the first release, and in a drag-and-drop page editor after it. That keeps prices, offers and tracking correct.

Your data stays in-house. Customer data and database access never go to an outside editor or any other third party.

The section library

Pages are assembled from about 16 tested section types built on your brand's components and design tokens. New section types are added by engineering.

Review before you approve

  • Every screen sizePhone, tablet and desktop previews, plus a QR code to open the preview on your own phone.
  • Comments on a sectionPin a comment to a section; "Request changes" turns open comments into a targeted rewrite.
  • Version comparisonSee what changed between two versions, section by section.
  • Evidence attachedScreenshots, a speed report and an accessibility report come with every version.
  • Approve only what passesApprove stays off while a hard check fails, and an approval covers that exact version.
  • One-click rollbackReturn a live page to an earlier approved version within seconds.

7The shopper's journey

This is what a shopper in one funnel experiences, and where each step runs. The shopper only ever sees the brand.

META STOREFRONT WOOCOMMERCE STRIPE STOREFRONT KLAVIYO Meta ad persona creative Landing page matches the ad Cart offer applied Checkout one page, wallets Confirmation order paid Klaviyo flows follow-up emails Funnel, segment and variant IDs travel with the shopper Purchase sent to Meta browser Pixel + server Conversions API Reports in the studio against the campaign goal
Figure 4. From the ad to the follow-up emails. The IDs picked up at every stage tie each order back to its funnel and segment, which is what makes funnels comparable.

The funnel's offer is applied when the shopper first adds to the cart. Checkout is a single page with Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link, and can carry one order bump. Email sign-ups go straight into the funnel's Klaviyo list. Each paid order is reported to Meta by the browser and by the server under one event ID, so Meta counts it once. Tracking follows each shopper's cookie consent.

8Approvals and publishing

Every step needs approval by default. An admin or the brand owner decides, funnel by funnel, which steps may run on their own: funnel A's landing page can run by itself while funnel B's still waits for a person. The blueprint has one switch for the campaign, each Meta campaign design has its own, and publishing to production has a separate switch per campaign.

Try it: flip a switch for one funnel, or pause all automation.

      Where each step publishes

      Your storefront

Pages and checkout changes go live on staging on approval. Production follows the publish switch, with one-click rollback.

      WooCommerce

The funnel's coupon is created, read back and checked with a test cart. Rollback disables it.

      Klaviyo

The campaign's own flows and emails are created as drafts, then switched live. Your existing flows are never touched. Rollback sets them back to draft.

      Meta

Not published directly in the first release. Your team creates the campaign in Ads Manager, paused, from the studio's design and ad copy, and adds its own creatives.

After each publish, the studio reads WooCommerce and Klaviyo back and flags any difference from the approved design. For Meta, your team marks the campaign as built and the studio checks it against the design. Direct publishing to Meta comes right after the first release.

      9Reports

Each funnel is judged on its own goal. The headline for a sales funnel is its conversion rate: paid orders within 7 days of a landing visit, divided by landing sessions.

Try it: switch funnels, and hover over a bar.

      • Approvals per funnel and stepApprovers sign off an exact version. Admins can let a step run on its own, separately for each funnel; the blueprint and each Meta campaign design have their own switch.
      • Publishing with checksPages and checkout changes go to your storefront, coupons to WooCommerce and flows to Klaviyo. Each publish is checked afterwards and can be rolled back. Meta gets a ready-to-build campaign design.
      • Production publish switchOne switch per campaign. By default an admin publishes to production; it can be handed to the agent for full automation.
      • Automatic checksPrices, offers, dates, tracking IDs, accessibility and mobile speed must pass before a page can go live.
